Program steps to funding an energy-efficient future:
You’ll complete a self-guided questionnaire about your business to confirm your eligibility.
We'll perform a site assessment to identify or verify potential energy saving projects based on your screening.
You'll receive a findings a report with details on identified measures, energy savings and payment options as well as a letter of intent.
Once the letter of intent is signed, we'll create a contract outlining the energy savings best suited to your building's needs and perform the required credit approvals (repayment is equal to, or less than, the energy savings).
We'll procure and manage the entire installation process following acceptance of the contract (time of installation varies depending on the size of project).
We'll work with our partners to measure and verify the performance of your energy efficiency upgrade for the duration of the contract.
